4. are from or open to relocate to Tiruvannamalai, Namakkal, Tiruvallur, Dharmapuri, Ranipet, Kallakurichi, Nilgiris, Cuddalore, Vellore, Viluppuram and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

5. Should be ready to travel throughout the state
6. Having a bike and an Android phone is mandatory
