About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on menu planning, recipe standards, and consulting
2. Implementing skills in costing SOPs, standards of menu
3. Upgrading menu recipes, costing SOPs, and menu USPs as per market
4. Travelling to various regions of India to attend trials and training
5. Doing quality check and analysis of existing restaurants, conducting audits and preparing reports of their current performance
