About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prepare for customer inquiries by learning about the company - its products and services, processes
involved, etc.
2. Assist customers with product selection, answer basic questions and suggest various product options that are available
3. Document customer problems and inputs in ticketing system
4. Provide appropriate solutions to the queries received over email
5. Collaborate with the internal teams on the inputs or feedback received from customers to improve
products
