Customer Calling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determine the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; expediting the correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution
2. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
3. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
4. Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls
5. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
6. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
7. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
