About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the team with interaction with customers through multiple channels, resolving their issues, queries, and providing assistance about the product, the website, sales, offers, deliveries, etc.
2. Monitoring order status, coordination & follow up with customers, prospects, internal and external teams to ensure smooth order processing and sales

The candidate will get exposed to and will learn about eCommerce, customer processes, and MIS.
