About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reply to customer queries via email, call, WhatsApp, social media
2. Keep improving our chatbot to make our customer response system more proactive
3. Escalate issues to senior team members who will provide solutions
4. Coordinate with the operations and logistics team for product pick up and drop
5. Escalate customer issues with vendor partners
6. Handle other tasks related to customer care
