About the internship
Blowhorn is looking for customer excellence interns who are driven to uncover the root cause of a problem, quickly analyze potential solutions, and make clear and informed recommendations. Should be able to effectively handle a number of diverse and complex problems at the same time and help craft the company's customer success strategies, building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with cross-functional leaders internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage in client onboarding, account management, and performance monitoring
2. Coordinate with the internal ops, sales, and tech teams to map all new customer onboardings
3. Take ownership of each customer onboarding and update all onboardings on a day to day basis
4. Prepare reports based on the performance metrics for different clients
5. Manage client delight and review updates
6. Respond to query tickets generated and close them at the earliest
7. Suggest internal process changes to help reduce the overall number of tickets being generated
