About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Serve as the frontline for customer support in an omnichannel environment by solving problems and answering questions in a real-time, professional, and friendly manner
2. Work as the internal customer voice to report bugs, issues, or friction points that cause frustration by keeping customer empathy first
3. Provide customer insights and feature suggestions by our customers to the product team
4. Develop templates for email and chat responses to common questions
5. Assist product and operation teams to identify trends in support inquiries
6. Work closely with fraud and risk teams to identify suspicious activity to escalate quickly and accurately
7. Provide extraordinary service to customers over chat and email and occasionally over the phone in a fast-paced environment
8. Continue to learn the business and take ownership of your role and responsibilities
9. Simplify complex processes and make it easy for customers to grasp
