Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 26th Nov'21 and 31st Dec'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Willing to work in rotational shifts and a week-off (24*7 environment) (initially, it will be 6 days (but will be changed to 5 days a week later))
2. Must be proficient with Hindi, English & speaking another language will be an added advantage (Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi)
3. Should have a minimum of 1-3 years of work experience as a CX executive preferably in e-commerce, consumer tech, hospitality, ITES, and gaming domain
4. Should have managed - emails/calls/chat/social media queries
5. Ability to multi-task, and must have excellent communication skills
