About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Efficiently respond to all customer inquiries in a professional manner
2. Write the required correspondence, before or after making the telephone calls according to given guidelines
3. Manage the inquiry database and follow up with leads till final closure
4. Perform coordination with production department to make sure orders are getting executed exactly as per customer's requirement
5. Perform co-ordination with courier & logistics. Keeping track of dispatched material
6. Perform payment follow-up (if needed). To maintain sales sheet and payment records

English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel
Earn certifications in these skills

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 11th May'19 and 10th Jun'19

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

1. Anyone who has sharp convincing skills and passion to close deals

2. Must be comfortable to communicate with international clients
