As a customer success intern, you will be critical to ensuring that our customer success strategists have the right insights and inputs that allow them to manage complex customer priorities.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Liaise with product and engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery of customer commitments
2. Identify areas of process optimization
3. Contribute and enrich our self-help repository
4. Write product help articles, create self-help videos, enrich user guides & FAQ, roll-out onboarding packs, etc.
5. Work with CS strategists to ensure that customer queries are closed in time
6. Analyze usage and support data to arrive at insights and generate related reports for internal and customer consumption
7. Support customer engagement activities
