Customer Relations Internship (Remote)

The selected interns' day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Building and maintaining proactive relationships with key customers, both in B2B and B2C space
2. Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team
3. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
4. Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these
5. Conducting business reviews using CRM programs
6. Learning from the competition and strategizing proactively

Who can apply:

1. Some prior experience in initiating interactions and managing relationships with customers (or some target group)
2. Experience or certification in using a CRM tool, e.g. HubSpot, Zoho
