About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Join our team and help our customers feel satisfied and content by offering the best customer experience
2. Ensure a high level of service to them
3. Respond to customers over email, chat, and phone
4. Handle queries on social media handles of the company

Who can apply:
Only those candidates can apply who:
  1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
  2. can start the internship between 23rd Mar'20 and 22nd Apr'20
  3. are available for duration of 6 months
  4. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements:
  1. Experience of customer relationship management in your previous job
  2. E-commerce experience preferable
  3. Excellent written & spoken English
  4. Analytical thinking (our queries are not so simple and we only take intelligent people in our customer service team)
  5. Knowledge of Excel is a plus
