Customer Relationship Management Internship (Part time/Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships
2. Guiding and leading team members to deliver products/services that meet or exceed customer requirements
3. Handling client issues throughout the implementation life cycle in a timely and accurate fashion
4. Managing and training resources to ensure quality and consistency of service to customers
5. Scheduling and conducting status meetings with appropriate development resources and customers
6. Providing proper refund and compensation to customers on time
7. Assisting the sales team in business acquisitions, planning, retention, and management
8. Maintaining complete and accurate customer correspondence data
9. Assisting in making major business decisions
10. Negotiating and managing agreements through the business contract process
11. Assisting in creating online videos, training guides, FAQs, Webex training sessions, etc. to benefit all customers
12. Identifying and developing problem-solving methodologies to resolve customer issues
