Customer Service (Celebrity Platform) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone and chat
2. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
3. Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
4. Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
5. Inform customers about new features and functionalities
6. Gather customer feedback and share it with our product, sales, and marketing teams

Skills and other requirements:

1. Telemarketing skills
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills
3. Good customer service skills would be preferred
4. Responsible for dealing with client's queries
5. Good typing skills
6. Experience as a customer support specialist or similar CS role
7. Experience with a start-up is a plus
8. Understanding of how CRM systems work
9. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
10. Multi-tasking abilities
11. Patience when handling tough cases
