About the internship
Key responsibilities:
1. Provide assistance to users via email, WhatsApp, phone, social media, and live chat support channels
2. Evaluate all fundraisers on the platform, ensuring campaigns meet Milaap's terms and conditions and verifying the genuineness of fundraisers
3. Review foreign donations on campaigns
4. Perform verification tasks for campaigns on the platform, evaluating and investigating causes to certify trust
5. Work towards achieving ultimate customer satisfaction by identifying and solving issues and refining processes
6. Provide valuable insights and collaborate with stakeholders such as product and technical teams on customer behavior and feedback
7. Gain a strong understanding of the product and business, working towards improving the overall customer experience
Requirements:
1. 0-1 years of full-time work experience, preferably in customer-facing roles, operations, or any customer-oriented role
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Telugu, and/or Kannada. The ability to read and write in Hindi is an advantage
3. Ability to interact with different stakeholders to accomplish tasks
4. Strong attention to detail with an eye for precision
5. Willingness to work in rotating morning/afternoon shifts, with rotating day and weekend offs (40 hours per week, 5 days, 8 working hours each day)
6. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
8. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly and accurately communicate complex transactional issues to both internal and external customers
