Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Guiding new customers through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition to our platform
2. Engaging with customers on a daily basis to address their queries and concerns promptly and efficiently
3. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and services
4. Collaborating with internal teams to relay customer insights and work on enhancing the overall customer experience
5. Acting as a liaison between the company and partner institutes to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
