As a Customer Service/Customer Support intern at Farmdidi, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your skills in English and Hindi proficiency, as well as MS-Excel, will be put to the test. Your role will involve assisting customers with their inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
3. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in MS-Excel.
5. Providing feedback to the team on ways to improve the customer experience.
6. Handling escalated customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
7. Assisting with other tasks and projects as needed to support the customer service team.
