Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 6th Dec'24 and 10th Jan'25
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field or equivalent practical experience.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
3. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in using computer applications and familiarity with customer support software is a plus.
6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
