About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on customer outbound calling for the collection
2. Resolving customer queries
3. Handling close co-ordination with finance business partners
4. Preparing MIS on the daily calling status
5. Preparing collection reports
6. Calling customers for VIP reconciliations
7. Preparing statement of accounts
8. Working on documentation (invoice & POD submissions)
