About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Answering customers' queries on email/calls
2. Making inbound and outbound calls to customers on a regular basis
3. Keeping track of the product deliveries to customers and making a list of customers to be contacted for growing business
4. Making about 50 calls per day to customers
5. Passing on the feedback received from customers to internal teams for enhancing customer experience
