Customer Service Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat
2. Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, and work with internal teams to resolve them
3. Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate issues as needed
4. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to provide customer feedback and insight
5. Work on solving customer queries with a high degree of satisfaction
6. Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat
7. Create happy customers while moving one step ahead to drive loyalty and increase repeat purchases
8. Required to manage the chat/Emails received from the customers within TAT.
