About the internship

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries
3. Communicating with customers through various channels
4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
5. Gaining knowledge of our products thoroughly so as to answer all the questions
6. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
7. Maintaining records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
8. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary
9. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements:

1. Graduate freshers with excellent communication skills
2. A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent with 0-1 year of relevant experience
3. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
Earn certifications in these skills

Who can apply

4. are from or open to relocate to Bangalore
