About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting client's queries over email & call
2. Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the client's issues; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
3. Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing the client s information
4. Generating product ideas to reduce the number of queries & solve the pain points of customers
5. Participating in innovation and find new ways that are more efficient in terms of operations
