Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Attending to the inbound calls of customers and clarify their doubts
2. Calling all the customers the next day and get the feedback and update the same in the provided spreadsheet
3. Notifying the operations team of any discrepancies
2. Intimating the production team, once the order is received through an online platform
3. Intimating the delivery team for pick up once the order is ready through an online platform
5. Sending a message (from the web SMS software) to the customer that the order has been delivered
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 6th Jan'21 and 10th Feb'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Chennai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
