About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Interface with customers via inbound or outbound calls for the purpose of resolving routine problems with products
2. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures
3. Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem
4. Troubleshoot customer issues related to products
5. Coordinate with the technical team and resolve the issues
