About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the entire customer life cycle
2. Work on prospecting, confirming, and dispatching orders
3. Monitor and follow up abandoned carts
4. Follow-up on RTOs
5. Post a delivery feedback
6. Resolve customer queries via various communication channels
7. Follow-up with delivery partners
8. Liaise with the 3rd party vendors
