About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Taking care of incoming phone calls and customer complaint emails around the products and handling the first level problem solving over phones/emails.
2. Following the ZOHO solution to track and solve customer tickets online and offline
3. Being on the positive reviews generated online post solving consumer queries, and maintaining a track of the reviews
4. Handling customer review and responding effectively and efficiently across various portals
5. Working with cross-functional domains (warehouse-finance-logistics) to get the reverse pick up done from the customer end and then with the warehouse team to ensure the product returns within the TAT
6. Working closely with the service team to understand & intimate the customer about the issues
7. Generating weekly & monthly reports and suggesting actions based on that
