About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating with customers and astrologers over call/chat/e-mail
2. Answering calls, providing information about our products and services, and taking charge of issues
3. Following up actively and timely with customers, wherever required
4. Coordinating all unresolved queries with the respective departments
