You will work as a member of a small customer success team and will work with customers.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Proactively identify issues with their Minikroft subscription and resolve them
2. Answer any customer queries on in-app chat
3. Identify and monitor churn risks and identify churn mitigation strategies
4. Interact with field officers to facilitate flow of information from customers to the field and vice versa
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 21st Jan'20 and 20th Feb'20
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Hyderabad and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. Knowing at least one of Telugu/Hindi in addition to fluent written and verbal skills in English is desirable
