About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build relationships with key employees among customers
2. Lead generation via inbound & outbound calls
3. Follow up with existing clients on the phone
4. Educate customers about the product and provide demo
5. Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
6. Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
7. Create plans to address clients business needs
8. Fluent Speaking in Kannada
