About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle incoming emails and action on incoming calls
2. Understand the requirement of the customer, and frame a suitable response
3. Raise the request to the respective team for resolution, and follow up with stakeholders for resolution
4. Share holding and close response to the customer

The candidate should ensure all emails are responded to within the time frame.
