About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Answer customer queries by phone or by mail
2. Maintain customer records in soft copy on a daily basis
3. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
4. Engage with users through reviews, emails & phone calls
5. Coordinate \with team leader with daily updates and suggestions

In the same year, Bigshare got registered with Securities and Exchange Board of India(SEBI) to act as Category I Registrars to Issue and Share Transfer Agents.
