About the internship

The opportunity:
The position is required to handle the day-to-day activities of our corporate accounts, specifically for our editing and copy editing clients.

The Associate, Customer Service will be responsible for configuring inquiries as per client requirements and ensuring on-time delivery of completed assignments. This will require effective communication with clients, his/her own team members, and internal stakeholders like the Delivery team.

Roles & responsibilities:

1. Handle editing and copy editing inquiries and deliveries
2. Respond to and resolve client queries that come over email
3. Provide updates and reports to his/her manager regularly
4. Configure client inquiries received via our online system
5. Configure assignments based on requests received via email
6. Ensure on-time delivery of assignments to clients
7. Ensure effective communication of client requirements to the delivery team
8. Ensure logging of feedback and resolution of complaints from clients
9. Report relevant client developments and data to team manager in a timely manner
10. Meet KPIs of response time, resolution time, configuration time, zero inquiries pending at the end of shift
11. Coordinate with fellow team members to cover expected hours and days of work and back them up when required

Additional information

Work hours: 5-day work week, with 2 rotational offs
• Rotational 9-hour shifts (including 1 hour lunch break). Earliest shift starts at 07:30 am; the latest shift starts at 2:30 pm.
