About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints and queries
2. Determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
3. Expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
4. Coordinating with the internal and external team for problem-solving
5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
6. Going the extra mile to engage customers
