About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing our chat platform's real-time chats with consumers to resolve their queries and drive conversions
2. Making outbound calls to the consumers who have shown interest in our services
3. Tracking the competition offers, our site offers, and analytics
4. Managing a proper database of leads pipeline and follow-ups for closure
