About the internship

Toppr is looking for a motivated and hardworking intern in its customer support team.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to customers queries via different channels (calls, emails, and chats)
2. Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve customer grievances and special requests
3. Ensure you re there with the customer every step of the way
