About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage customer/client inbound queries on calls, e-mails ,and social media platforms
2. Provide the customer with the quick and best solution to his/her query and keep them happy
3. Communicate with courier partners, payment partners, and supply chain vendors to get to the core of the situation and provide a positive solution
4. Communicate with the operations team to keep track of the warehouse, supply chain, and online store activities
5. Take customer surveys in a creative way
6. Prepare e-mail campaigns to keep the loyal customers engaged with the brand
