Customer Service Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Being the first point of contact for all customers
2. Acting as the custodian of all inquiries and solutions for resolving customer grievances
3. Preparing for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes
4. Responding to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information
5. Following up on inquiries for resolving issues, verifying customer's understanding of information and answer
6. Achieving monthly targets for all the projects for a specified period of time
7. Maintaining MIS of all inquiries generated for a specific period of time
8. Improving quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications
9. Engaging in database churning and conversion of grievances into solutions
10. Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by providing superior customer service
