Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per sale).

The sales incentive is linked to incremental sales to the company and a percentage of profit generated is shared with all team members with the upper limit of INR 2000.
