We're looking for a customer service intern who will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving any concerns they may have. The intern will work closely with the customer service team to ensure that all customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Responding to customer inquiries via email and social media
2. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
3. Escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
4. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions
5. Providing feedback to the customer service team and management on ways to improve the customer experience
6. Assisting with training and onboarding new customer service representatives
Skills & Requirements:
1. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team
2. They should also be able to multitask and handle a high volume of customer interactions
3. Some prior customer service experience is preferred but not necessary
4. Should be based out of Bangalore

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 7500 per performance).
