C2YC (Catalyst to your career) is an IITians' initiative in the field of skill development focusing on job creation. In-spite of lakhs of engineers graduating from colleges, the industry faces a dearth of qualified engineers and are always on the hiring spree. On the other hand, a lot of engineers are unplaced after graduation. This is because there is a huge gap between the learnings students have in colleges and the requirements of the industry. We would like to bridge the gap between industry and academia so that it benefits the graduating students in their post-college life and give them a livable income.
