About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling complaints and reading out a solution
2. Interacting with our users and resolving issues in the best way possible
3. Interacting with people from different teams to help them understand issues faced by our users and help shape our policies and designs
4. Working on ensuring that all contacts are handled within the defined TAT and quality parameters and CSAT will be your only goal.

Skills and other requirements:

1. Candidate must be a 2022 and before graduation.
2. Flexible to work in rotational shifts and week offs.
3. Open to taking on additional responsibilities.
4. Must be available for 6 months of full-time internship.
