About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Attend and manage incoming customer calls
2. Send email updates to customers on their ongoing orders
3. Follow up with existing clients for pending payments
4. Follow up with existing clients to get feedback
5. Provide world-class customer service
6. Resolve customer queries and achieve customer delight
7. Work on vendor management
8. Handle reporting in the Etravelfly CRM daily, weekly, and monthly
