Customer Service Internship (Part time/Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Responding promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries by direct message (DM), telephone, or email
2. Maintaining updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies
3. Documenting customer interactions when necessary, compiling documents, and forwarding information to interested parties
4. Explaining simply and clearly in response to customer questions and checking for customer understanding and acceptance
5. Recommending new products or services or making suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits
6. Establishing and maintaining a good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs
