About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring the smooth onboarding of LITE clients through the handling of the activation process
2. Ensuring product training to all the onboarded clients
3. Providing solutions to the technical and operational queries raised by the LITE clients via phone and email.
4.Handling monthly renewals of the LITE clients
5. Ensuring proper documentation of the client discussions
6. Maintaining monthly reports related to the client's renewals, training, upgrade and references
7. Ensuring timely payments from the existing clients of billing, renewals, upgrades
8. Maintaining customer satisfaction through timely response to their queries
