About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Monitor all incoming calls from customers for all inquiries on orders for various products
2. Handle daily support questions and issue
3. Analyze all customer issues and assist to resolve all within the required timeframe
4. Analyze all issues and recommend alternative solutions to ensure effective
resolution
5. Support our operations team in completing the given tasks within a stipulated time
6. Complete the tasks with 100 percent accuracy and within the deadline
7. Handle delivery management for the products
