Founded in 2008, Rang De is India's first and pioneering web-based initiative with a mission to fight poverty by making affordable credit accessible to the most marginalized people. We connect people who urgently need credit (for needs like livelihoods and education) with those who want to & can support them. In parallel, Rang De and its partners work to educate communities about digital finance, financial management, economic self-reliance & growth.

Rang De is looking for passionate and empathic interns who enjoy supporting people and giving them an unforgettable experience of service. The interns will join our empathy team to ensure our customers get all the support they need.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding completely the working model, platform features, and processes of Rang De and using this information to support all relevant stakeholders
2. Supporting our customers in successfully completing transactions on the platform
3. Responding to customers in real-time over our chat and phone support lines
4. Responding to customer inquires over email
5. Collecting and processing of customers' KYC documents
6. Working on being proactive and suggesting product and process improvements based on customer issues and inputs
7. Bringing a 7-star experience to every customer interaction
