About Fyle (http://www.fyle.in):
We are Fyle, a SaaS product startup based out of Bangalore, founded by startup veterans. We are building a first of its kind expense management product for enterprises around the world.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Liaising with product and engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery of customer commitments
2. Identifying areas of process optimization
3. Contributing and enriching our self-help repository
4. Writing product help articles, creating self-help videos, enriching user guides & FAQ, rolling-out onboarding packs, etc.
5. Working with CS strategists to ensure that customer queries are closed in time
6. Analyzing usage and supporting data to arrive at insights and generate related reports for internal and customer consumption
7. Supporting customer engagement activities
8. Ensuring that our customer success strategists have the right insights and inputs that allow them to manage complex customer priorities

Who can apply:
Only those candidates can apply who:
  1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
  2. can start the internship between 26th Mar'20 and 25th Apr'20
  3. are available for duration of 3 months
  4. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements:
  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  2. Quick on your feet, and can act independently
  3. Creativity is not just a buzzword, but you can demonstrate in your work
  4. 0 - 2 years of professional experience
  5. Willing to work in the US West Coast time zone
  6. Interested to work with international customers
  7. Motivated to learn, and willing to take initiative
  8. Great MS Office skills, bonus if you have knowledge of other productivity suites and applications
