About the internship

The primary responsibility of this position is to support Paperflite's customer success team through a variety of projects and ad-hoc assistance with customer-related demand.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with the internal team to support our community of customers
2. Research and run weekly reports on customer adoption and satisfaction
3. Maintain internal customer dashboards and metrics
4. Attend and observe client meetings
5. Provide assistance to team by helping in drafting presentations or materials

Requirements:

1. Great communication skills
2. Is highly organized and detail-oriented
3. Excellent written and interpersonal skills

You will be a part of our Paperflite office and work closely with our existing team. We recruit interns who we believe have the required abilities and ambition to get either a permanent or part-time position if their performance is found satisfactory.
